Job Update

Wow time flies by no matter what! Just wanted to mention that Sterling did get a job with AZ State
Public Library and started working July 26, 2010. He loves his job and that is a bonus. The library
will also reimburse him for his Masters degree program in Library Science as well! YAY!!!

A few days ago, I received my Associates of Arts degree in the mail from Rio Salado Community
College. YAY!  Finally have something with all of the schooling that I've done.

So, we are now with some form of income and the pathway to get here has been one miracle after
the next with wonderful family, friend support but most importantly the Lord's hand in it all with His
tender mercies.

Sterling will start his Masters program this coming Monday August 23rd!  So happy cuz the sooner
he starts, the closer we get to obtaining the degree.

Have had blessings with help with getting our van fixed (new battery), blessed with a new to
us used dryer and have new toilet handles. See, I am pretty easy to please (well most days).

I will be done in a few weeks with Microbiology and will be done with all co-reqs for nursing...
and will see what happens Fall 2011.  Kids are growing fast...........keeping us entertained.

Meagan just said on Sat. Aug. 14th that dogs, "ROAR." That was funny. We had the pleasure
of going to our friends home for their son's birthday party tonight and mentioned it was Ben's
birthday. Meagan said, "It's Meagan's birthday."  Uncle Mike calls her the TazMeagien devil
and that is appropriate. Gotta love that girl.  Katelynn is working feverishly on her homework
and clarinet......she will be twelve in Oct. I feel :) and :( all at once.  She wants a razor and
make up for her birthday.  YIKES!  McKenzie is focused on practicing soccer in the backyard.
She has never played but is determined to play soon.  Audrey is eager to try out for the Alice
in Wonderland play. Whether she makes it or not in it, kudos for her wanting to try. I was too
shy to do things like this at her age.  Audrey is willing to try soccer on for a change in Sept.
through a terrific program that is so affordable. Thanks to my friend for letting us know about
this!

Well, that is us in a nutshell, figuratively speaking! LOL! :)
